An ISO 9001-2015 accredited medical facility in partnership with International SOS is seeking the services of a SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER for the main clinic located in Ulaanbaatar city,  to join our team.


Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager are as follows:

Essential Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Required Work Experience:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and marketing skill set
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Good personal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multinational and virtual teams.
  • Strong computer skills  (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English  

Key responsibilities:

  1. SALES:
    1. Act as the primary contact for members in day to day business interactions
    2. Co-ordinate all administrative and financial activities involving new memberships and renewals including, but not limited to, contracting, pricing, invoicing and AR collections
    3. Proactively monitor existing memberships and provide detailed monthly activity reports where appropriate, liaising with finance and other relevant departments
    4. Provide client training on the implementation of SOS Medica Mongolia products and services to ensure a high quality of customer service
    1. Create and implement targeted outreach advertising and public relations campaigns to enhance SOS Medica Mongolia brand image and increase company presence in Mongolia
    2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients by providing high-quality customer service and ensuring that client global subsidiaries are fully aware of the services that are provided
    3. Create, maintain and analyze comprehensive product and market research, competitive analysis and sales reporting.
    4. Co-ordinate the bookings and accounts for client employee first aid and emergency response training
    5. Provide quotations for medical standby event projects
    6. Promote SOS Medica Mongolia at corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions
    1. Ensure the seamless carry over from sales to service of memberships
    2. Oversee reception services in the coordination, service delivery and completion of pre-employment, annual checks and visa immigration medicals for clients 
    3. Provide training to reception staff on client base and billing procedures
